In the four years my Scheme has used them, I have regularly checked the rat traps, which they have assured me are regularly filled. I have always found them dry. I finally have proof they are not filling them. One was hidden behind a dustbin in the refuse area which I moved today. The rat trap has not been touched into the 4th year.
