Izazi Pest Control

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would not recommend this company. The team visited my property three times to ensure they provided an accurate quote and fully understood the scope of work. However, after I made the payment, the quality of service was far from acceptable. The task involved removing edge tiles and applying foam to seal gaps and prevent bats from entering. To ensure clarity, I accompanied them on the roof during the first of four sections and reiterated the work required. Despite this, only one section was completed correctly. In several areas, no work was done at all, while in others, foam was simply sprayed on top of the gaps without effectively sealing them. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, including visiting their office in person, to discuss the incomplete and subpar work. However, I have received no response to date. The last communication I received was on 6 August 2024, where I was told that I would be contacted after multiple prior inquiries. My initial request for the owner to reach out regarding the substandard work was made on 6 May 2024.
