Supercare – Port Elizabeth

I have been absolutely harassed by this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We closed our account with them in 2020, I have received statements saying we owe them money since 2021. No matter who I email nothing gets done, and of course not one phone call gets answered regardless of which branch you call. We paid our account in full prior to closing and yet there is not one competent person in this company who is able to correct the statement and remove our account from the billing broadcast. I would never ever do business with them again, and do not recommend anyone else to either, unless you would like years of harassment from staff and supervisors who are incompetent. If they cant even get an account statement right I wouldn’t trust them to be able to effectively take care of my business needs. Save yourself the headache and use a different company!
